Designed especially for each issue, the cover is the most relevant visual feature of the magazine, along with the tags of concepts and authors.

Archivo Lafuente / 2014 / Creation of a logotype and general identity for an archive that gathers abundant documentation on twentieth-century art, mainly from the years 1900 to 1980 in Europe and Latin America. One of the key themes that run through the different collections in the archive is that of  experimental writing, developed in fields as diverse as visual poetry, mail art, literature, typography, artists books, etc. / Designed in collaboration with Claudia Parra. Fundació Mies van der Rohe / 2015, 2017, 2019 / Each year the competition has created its own image and communication design, besides a number of other projects around the activity of the foundation. In 2017, a brand identity was designed to last for the future. That same year, a new trophy was created for the runners-up category: a miniature reproduction of the column of Mies Van der Rohe’s German Pavilion in Barcelona. On occasion of the previous competition, held in 2015, the exhibition was staged at the Oliva Artés space in Barcelona’s Poblenou district. Besides working on the award, over the years spread has collaborated with the foundation on exhibition design, including graphic material and specific monographic publications. / The finalists’ tropy was made by Indissoluble and Iberplata. Ajuntament de Barcelona / 2018-2019 / Jardins d’Elisava, Barcelona; Fira Construmat, Barcelona; Jardinets de Gràcia, Barcelona / A touring exhibition of the design project for temporary emergency housing designed for socially vulnerable collectives in different Barcelona districts. The recycled shipping containers, that were the actual homes, have provided the inspiration for the graphic intervention.

Ajuntament de Barcelona / 2017-2021 / Barcelona has been hosting week a dedicated to architecture, and other related disciplines, since 2017. Over the course of the seven days, a range of activities are held at different spots in the city, both in public space and in emblematic official spaces.

Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) / 2012-2019 / David Bravo (curator) / An international touring exhibition: Barcelona, Prague, London, Ljubljana, Athens, Lisbon, Paris, Szczecin, Helsinki, Lyon, Brussels, Budapest, Timisoara, New York, Mexico City, etc. / Over the years, the organisation of the award has triggered two types of shows, one dedicated to the projects selected each year, and the other, entitled Polis, retrospective in nature and characterised by a thematic arrangement. The exhibition format, extremely simple as regards shipping and installation, has gradually taken shape, adapting to the venues that welcomed it and to existing production budgets.

Indissoluble / 2017 / Cosmo Caixa, Barcelona / Indissoluble + Inmedulla + W. Hinzen + T. Martín (curators) / Barcelona / A graphic design collaboration with the Indissoluble team to create an identity for the exhibition. Language considered from a biological aspect, bearing in mind its evolution and historical, scientific and philological development, was the inspiration for constructing a masthead-logotype in constant mutation. Fundació Suñol / 2017 / Espai Zero, Fundació Suñol, Barcelona / Revista Ajoblanco (curator) / A selection of contents from the first Barcelona period (the seventies) of  Ajoblanco magazine on display at Fundació Suñol. The idea was to present the context and hectic activity of those years with a dense graphic design, expressive and colourful, yet at once clear and synthetic in its display of messages. Centro Cultural Conde Duque, Acex / 2014 / Valentín Roma (curator) / Madrid / «[This exhibition] is an exhaustive thematic survey of the entire history of the publication, recovering material hitherto unpublished or difficult access, features, documents and meaningful lines of research, along with accounts and texts written by many of those who were involved in the venture. The intentions of the exhibition are, on the one hand, to revisit Ajoblanco in the present in order to explore its main contributions and contextualise them and, on the other, to passionately delve into that dissident, libertarian and roguish desire to experience culture, ideas and personal and collective changes.» Valentín Roma. Simon / 2016, 2018 / Image of the architectural award organised by Simon lighting company. The award chiefly recognises the quality of the atmospheres created in architectural spaces. The graphic design emerges from the presence of colour, conceived to recreate an effect of brightness. Col·legi d’Arquitectes de Catalunya / 2018, 2019 / This is the graphic identity of the party held by the College of Architects of Catalonia once a year, on a day in spring. The first proposal for a logotype subsequently led to a typographic exercise also approached in a playful experimental spirit, further developed and completed in the second design.

Misuna Nagasawa / Yokohama (Japó) / 2020 / A visual identity for a solicitors’ office in Yokohama, Japan. The name itself, Brunton, derives from a nineteenth-century Scottish engineer specialised in the design and construction of lighthouses, evoked by a commemorative statue dedicated to him close to the office. The brand refers to the light of lighthouses guiding sailors at night as a metaphor of solicitors’ clarification of facts in legal processes. / Photo: © Brunton.
